1. Ohana Rising Yoga School
Ohana Rising is a wonderful yoga studio right here in Ocean Grove. It’s located on the third floor of the Jersey Shore Arts Center. Ohana’s motto is “healthy body, healthy planet, happy community,” and that mission guides the studio’s teachings. Students can choose from Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Yin/Yang practices. Yoga Peace Kula is known for beach yoga in Asbury Park. Each summer, YPK teams up with Langosta Lounge to host classes on the Asbury Park Boardwalk. Head over on Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Or, visit the studio in Howell Township for additional classes and workshops. 4. Younique Yoga
Are you a hot yoga junkie? Check out Younique Yoga in Belmar, NJ. The instructors at this studio focus on strength, flexibility, and balance, offering challenging sequences that will have you coming back for more. If you’re new to hot yoga, never fear. Classes are crafted for yogis of all levels — from beginners to advanced practitioners.
